Friends suck...good thing ROC is family! (:

ROC did it again (: 

We had our home show this Friday and Saturday in Provo! 

This year of ROC is soon coming to an end. This show was a really big deal for us because it was our first time performing "home" in front of our peers. After this show we head out on our big tour to Texas!! 

 Some things really disappointed me tonight. You see, after months and months of practice, and weeks and weeks of hard work trying to invite as many of the people I love as possible. Few were those who came. Which was such a huge learning experience for me because it showed me who really cares and who really matters. 

There of course were those who  just truly couldn't make it and from the start told me they wouldn't be able to. They dont really bother me. Those who bothered me were the ones who bought tickets, promised to show up and ...never did. Or those who made the disgusting attempt to say they went, when I know they didn't.

After the show I looked around at everyone with their friends and family and a part of me was really sad but most of all disappointed. However, I went backstage and saw those who really mattered. I saw my family dancing around, singing, and with huge smiles on their face. I vented to my sisters and told them all that was bothering me and watched them be bugged by it too  (: And then it hit me (: Not many of the people that matter to me the most were sitting in the audience...because all of the once who mattered were on stage with me (: 

I love my ROC family it is the biggest blessing in my life and this show taught me a lot...

just like everything we do! 

Tomorrow is our annual fireside and you know, I haven't invited anyone nor will I. Those who care will go and those who matter...will already be there (:
